A new Microsoft Outlook update released earlier today has introduced bugs preventing users from creating or viewing emails. If you are running the Click-To-Run desktop version, you might find that you can no longer properly view emails or create new emails.
When attempting to view an email, you won’t see the entire body of the email rather just a small portion (usually the first line only) of the email, similar to the following.
If you dig a little more, you’ll find that when you are creating an email, every time you press enter it will remove all the previously written content.
Microsoft have released a statement acknowledging the issue, and advised users to use the web based version or mobile app… Clearly that doesn’t work for everybody, so if you would like this resolved for you, please contact our office and we can fix this issue for you.
